To move your nicely painted link box around, why not try a replica Ferguson Wheelbarrow attachment. These were an original Ferguson item and convert an unwieldy link box into a very heavy-duty, two-wheeled wheelbarrow.
The idea was that the box could be wheeled to the place of work, loaded then wheeled out to the tractor to be taken further afield.
The wheelbarrow attachment takes around 2 minutes to put onto the link box and even less time to remove. We have wheeled loads of around 6Cwt with ease.
A very useful advice to have for making work easier but equally handy for putting your link box away or getting it out of the shed without either damaging the paintwork or giving yourself a hernia!
